11a-12p Campus Tour. Wear a pair of comfortable walking shoes for the campus tour.

10a-12p Song Masterclass with Jesse Carlo, PhD, Chair of BFA Musical Theatre and Commercial Dance
Bring 32-bar cuts of TWO of your musical theatre college audition songs and Jesse will choose one to work on. Bring recorded accompaniment tracks and a playback device. No live accompaniment will be provided. Bring a headshot and résumé and dress in nice casual, comfortable clothes.

Robin Lewis has been a member of Rider University’s School of Communication, Media, and Performing Arts faculty since 2011. Over the past decade, he has taught and directed hundreds of students in countless productions, jazz classes, and especially Fosse combinations. With 14+ years of experience performing on Broadway and Broadway National Tours including Fosse, Beauty and the Beast, The Producers, and countless other notable productions, Robin will impart invaluable knowledge to participating students.
Jesse Carlo is the Head of Musical Theatre at Pace University. Building on the rich history of the program, he is working to create a creative and collaborative space for students from all backgrounds - focusing on equity and accessibility and helping to shape a new generation of artists as leaders. Jesse, and Pace, value students who are authentically themselves, and work to nurture and grow the uniqueness in each of their students.
Parents and students can stay in NJ or NY overnight on September 6th. It is the participant’s responsibility to secure travel to NYC for the Pace masterclass. If taking public transit, the Princeton Junction or Hamilton stops on the NJTransit system can take families from NJ to NY. Feel free to reach out to College Audition Coach for more details.
